Impulse camp!

It took more than two years of devising, trying out, planning and perfecting to develop Impuls camp. But I can now say with certainty that this is the most effective training camp for fatloss, strength building and physical development. It is certainly not for everyone, but if you are willing to put in the work you will achieve great results! Impulse camp means that you train intensively three times a week for eight weeks to achieve optimal results. All this is done in groups, of a maximum of four people, in the studio of Pulse under the guidance of me: Bram.

How does it work?

During the duration of eight weeks you will be guided in the areas of:

  • Training
  • Nutrition
  • Lifestyle
  • Mindset
  • Supplementation

In addition to these main points, the vision also lies on learning and understanding your body. So that after eight weeks you have the knowledge and tools to continue this further to develop the best version of yourself. This is done by not only training, but also explaining why certain things are done and what effect they have on the body. This is done by Powerpoint presentations with explanations, but you will also receive the Pulse cookbook full of healthy recipes. In short; I provide all the tools to remain successful during and after the process!

Data is key.

To keep the process clear, everything is accurately tracked in an online app in which you can find, among other things, the following:

  • Trainings
  • Training- and bodyweight stats
  • Fat Percentage
  • Nutrition
  • Stress and sleep

For example, your personal training sessions are also shown on a screen during the training sessions so that you know exactly what to expect. By properly monitoring the training sessions, but also the other components, your personal trajectory can still be closely examined and responded to where necessary.

For who is it?

Anyone who wants to get the most out of themselves in eight weeks. You are asked to give at least 90% during the process in order to achieve optimal results. Of course it may be that occasionally it is not possible to stick to the diet or training and this is human. This is also responded to as well as possible, but a minimum effort of 90% is required to achieve optimal results.

Are the workouts for both men and women?

Yes all impulse camps are mixed camps. This means that both women and men are present during the training sessions. With the exception of the special Impulse Women camp. It has been specially developed for women.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of participants?

The minimum number to give an Impulse camp is two people. The maximum is four people  per Impulse camp. It is rare that there are too few participants, but if this is the case, this will be indicated in time. In addition, at each Impulse camp you can see how many places are still available and how many people have already registered. Many couples and friends often register as a couple to motivate each other even better and it also immediately guarantees that the camp will continue.

When will the Impulse camp be held?

Impulse camp is only given 4 times a year. In January, March (women only), May and October. Full=full, be sure to register in time because the Impulse camps sell out quickly.
In addition, the camps are held on fixed days and times. By default they take place on Tuesday 20:00, Thursday 20:00 and Saturday 9:00. Look for the exact dates and times on the page of the Impulse camp itself.

What is Impulse camp's investment?

The one-time investment of the Impulse camp is 850 euros. For this you get:
– 8 weeks 3 times a week 1 hour group training with a maximum of 4 people.
– Personal, data driven training, nutrition and supplementation plans.
– Pulse cookbook. Full of healthy and easy to make recipes.
– 8 weeks of online training plans for after the camp.
– Entirely taught in Pulse’s high-end private studio.
