INTRODUCTORY
It starts with a free of charge introductory where we will go through your goals and wishes and how I can help you with accomplishing them.

Step 2

INTAKE

We will have an intake after we’ve got to know each other better. We will do some starting measurements to get a clear view of your starting position. After this, we continue on with working on the training aswell as nutrition and lifestyle.

Step 3

TRAINING
We immediately go to work after finishing the intake. The training takes place in the luxurious studio of Pulse. Personal training at Pulse is how personal training should always be. With a personalised plan to your goals and wishes and always training in the private studio without other people present.

MEASUREMENTS AND ACHIEVING GOALS
We make periodic measurement to keep a close track of the result. I will immediately adjust the course if we might wander off the path. This so that we can achieve the goals you always wanted.
